Our work

bchs has developed over 50 housing co-operatives and community controlled housing projects since 1997. Co-operatives allow local people and communities to manage their own homes, giving them a real say about their housing and neighbourhoods.

Working closely with the Confederation of Co-operative Housing, the National Federation of Tenant Management Organisations, and Co-operatives UK, we are committed to supporting and promoting co-operative housing that is collectively owned and/or managed by residents themselves.

By constantly monitoring our performance and customer feedback and looking for new opportunities to improve, we ensure that our services are of the highest quality.

We are part of the Accord Group, which manages more than 11,000 homes for over 40,000 residents across the Midlands.
