bchs is committed to developing environmentally friendly co-operative housing and mutual home ownership.

We provide management services for nine housing co-operatives in the West Midlands and are committed to going green by reducing our carbon footprint and helping residents to save money and cut their energy bills. In addition, we offer a national consultancy service specialising in putting residents in control.
