Birmingham Co-operative Housing Services (bchs) is a Birmingham-based co-operative housing, community regeneration agency and registered social landlord. We have developed over 50 housing co-operatives and community-controlled housing projects since 1997.

Working closely with the Confederation of Co-operative Housing, the National Federation of Tenant Management Organisations, and Co-operatives UK, we are committed to supporting and promoting co-operative housing that is collectively owned and/or managed by residents themselves.

Repairs

Making sure our homes are in a good state of repair is one of our main priorities. If something goes wrong, we make putting it right easy with a number of ways to get repairs arranged quickly.

Waiting list

The waiting list for homes rented available directly from bchs will be open from Monday 30 January to Friday 10 February 2012.
